An Epidemic That’s Stealing Your Freedom

There’s an epidemic in our society. We’ve seen way too many people whose jobs (or even their own businesses) enslave them, yes, literally taking away their freedom. Does that sound familiar?

Society teaches you to get a “secure” job and work hard so you can finally retire someday and enjoy your life. While that may work for some people, it doesn’t work for us. We believe you can enjoy freedom and fulfillment in your lifestyle starting now! You have the right to design and live the lifestyle of your own choosing.

We know how it is. You go to your job day in and day out feeling like there must be something more in life, some better way to find fulfillment than to play the part of an employee and wholesale your time and talents out only to make your boss rich.

Your friends and family might even tell you it’s crazy to think that there’s any other way to make a living. They probably tell you it’s “risky.” We heard the same things when we quit our jobs. Now we enjoy more time with our families and travel the world while those people are still miserable in their day jobs.

When we say lifestyle, we’re not just talking about money and wealth. Believe me.  I’ve been there and we know how it is. It saps your energy. You feel like you have no control over your time. You wake up every day wishing there was something else. Well, you were meant for something better.

The Reluctant Guru

At first when I quit my job, family and friends were confused. Then they saw the lifestyle we’d created and how we were perfectly happy and secure outside of the 9-to-5.  In fact, people started asking us how we did it.

However, I knew that even if I told them exactly how I did it and how easy it is, most of them would just go back to their “secure” jobs and not change a thing. I didn’t know if we could face that disappointment knowing the huge impact it could have on their life if they would just try it.

Encouraged and excited,  I  started Flip2Freedom in March of 2010.

About Sean Terry

Mr. Terry is a former US Marine who led his platoon to battle in Desert Storm and was recognized with multiple awards for outstanding leadership and drive. He has traveled to over 30 Countries around the world serving our Country and learned that fear is just a weak state of mind. After exiting the Marine Corp with an Honorable Discharge he bought his first apartment complex 17 years ago, at the age of 22; he then went on and started a successful sales and marketing company for six years, producing $5,000,000 annually in sales. He opened 6 offices across the country including Phoenix , Raleigh , Cleveland , Naples , Jacksonville , and Pensacola. Because of the success, the parent company employed Mr. Terry to travel the US to motivate and train company sales reps; on several occasions the seminars reached 1000+ people. He also executed hundreds of real estate investment transactions, with a cumulative transaction value of approximately $120,000,000. Such investments have included Residential Properties, Raw Land Development, and Multifamily Complexes ranging from single-family homes to 138-acre parcels and 10 Unit to 300 Unit Apartment Complexes under various investment companies.

Currently in this market Mr. Terry is buying and selling 7-10 properties a month by either fixing & flipping turn-key cash flow properties with tenants in place to investors across the country or selling wholesale properties to cash investors.

Mr. Terry has been married to Angela for 15 years and lives in Phoenix AZ and Dana Point CA with his 2 daughters.
