Email, SMS, phone, video, and direct messaging communications you have with us; and

Live and virtual events, webinars, workshops, masterminds, and coaching sessions we host.

By using the Sites or submitting information through any of our forms or channels, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you submit a form, register for an event, purchase a product, apply for coaching, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you give us, which may include:

Identifiers: first and last name, email address, phone number, mailing address, IP address, and login credentials for any account or member portal.

Commercial information: products or programs you have purchased, transactions, billing and shipping details, and your communications with our team.

Application information: when you apply for a coaching program, mastermind, or call with our team, we may ask about your business, goals, income, experience level, time availability, and other qualifying information.

User-generated content: comments, replies, messages, recordings of group calls or coaching sessions you join, and any files you upload to our portals or community platforms.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit a Site or open one of our emails, we and our service providers automatically collect:

Device and browser information (browser type, operating system, device type, screen size);

Log information (IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, links clicked);

Email engagement data (whether you opened a message, clicked a link, or unsubscribed);

Approximate location based on your IP address; and

Information collected through cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies described in Section 5.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third parties, including:

Advertising and analytics partners (such as Google, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube) when you interact with our ads;

Affiliates and joint-venture partners who refer you to us;

Public sources, professional networks (such as LinkedIn), and data enrichment providers; and

Other coaches, mentors, or program partners with whom we collaborate.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Sites, our products, our coaching programs, and our events;

Process transactions, deliver purchases, and send transactional messages (receipts, account notices, login links, calendar invitations);

Respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and provide customer support;

Send you marketing emails, text messages, and direct mail about our programs, events, and offers, where you have given us the right to do so;

Personalize your experience and the content we show you;

Measure the performance of our marketing, advertising, and content;

Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service;

Comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, and lawful requests from government authorities; and

Enforce our agreements, protect our rights, and protect the rights, property, and safety of others.

4. SMS & Text Message Program

By providing your mobile phone number on any form on our Sites that requests SMS consent, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and transactional text messages from Jarvela Capital Coaching, LLC and/or Flip2Freedom, LLC at the number you provided, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

4.1 What You Can Expect

Program description: appointment reminders, event reminders, content drops, promotional offers, training notifications, application status updates, and other messages related to our coaching programs, courses, masterminds, and events.

Message frequency: varies. You may receive up to several messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to every message we send or you send to us. We are not responsible for any carrier charges.

Supported carriers: all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.2 How to Opt Out

You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send marketing messages to that number again unless you re-subscribe. You may continue to receive transactional messages necessary to deliver products or services you have purchased.

4.3 How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any message to receive support information, or email [email protected].

4.4 Sharing of Mobile Information

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third party for marketing purposes. We share mobile information only with service providers that help us deliver SMS (for example, our messaging platform) and only as required by law.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and analyze the Sites, remember your preferences, deliver advertising, and measure the performance of our marketing.

Essential cookies: required for the Sites to function, including for checkout, login, and form submission.

Analytics cookies: used by tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Sites.

Advertising cookies and pixels: used by platforms such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube to show you our ads on other sites and measure their effectiveness.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block cookies, parts of the Sites may not work properly.

6. When We Share Information

We share personal information in the following circumstances:

Service providers that perform services on our behalf (see Section 7);

Affiliates and joint-venture partners, with your consent, when you opt in to a co-promoted offer;

To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, or prevent fraud or harm.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.

Marketing engagement data and records of consent are typically retained for at least four (4) years to support compliance with telemarketing, anti-spam, and consumer protection laws.

9. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you;

Correct inaccurate personal information;

11. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”), gives you the rights summarized in Section 10, plus the right to:

Opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and

Limit the use of sensitive personal information, if any, to the purposes permitted by law.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. When we use advertising pixels and cookies to show you our ads on other platforms, that activity may qualify as “sharing” under the CCPA. To opt out, email [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Share — California Resident.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (including but not limited to Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana) may have similar rights and can submit requests through the same channels.

12. Children

The Sites and our programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 17.

13. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry-standard response to this signal, and the Sites do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can manage cookies and certain tracking through your browser settings and through opt-out tools offered by individual advertising platforms.

14. Third-Party Links & Content

The Sites may link to third-party websites, services, or content that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of every website and service you visit.

15. International Users

The Sites are operated from the United States. If you access the Sites from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where required by law, provide additional notice (for example, by email or a prominent notice on the Sites). Your continued use of the Sites after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
