Yellow Letters or Postcards, What Should Your Mail?
In this episode I discuss the never ending debate of the yellow letters vs postcards. I’ve struggled with this debate or years and when it comes down to it, the more leads/calls the more opportunities, the more deals. The yellow letter will get an average of 10% to 15% response, but a lot of the calls will be curious , while the postcard will get 3% – 5% response. The secret is to be able to covert the calls into deals. That’s not the easiest thing when your just getting started.
